McCann FitzGerald LLP Advises Greencoat Renewables on Completion of the Acquisition of a 50% stake in the 80.5MWp South Meath Solar Farm
We advised Greencoat Renewables plc on completion of the acquisition of a 50% stake in the 80.5MWp South Meath Solar Farm, in County Meath, under a forward sale model, from Statkraft.
The transaction completed in partnership with funds managed by Schroders Greencoat, who acquired the remaining 50% stake.
