Key highlights include advising:

  • AIB, Barclays Bank, Rabobank, Danske Bank, HSBC and Bank of Ireland in relation to Greencore Group plc’s £350m sustainability-linked revolving credit facility.
  • Marlet Property Group in respect of its new investment facility with a fund managed by BlackRock, which was used to refinance its senior and mezzanine development debt at its Green Acre Grange development of 307 build to rent apartments.
  • Bank of Ireland, ING, and BNP Paribas in relation to Bord na Mona’s €160m sustainability-linked revolving credit facility and €180m letter of credit facilities.
  • AIB in funding certain term and development financing to MHL Hotel group assets, held variously QIAIF, limited partnership and limited company structures.
  • Deutsche Bank on its loan facilities to Archer Hotel Capital to acquire the five-star Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin from Kennedy Wilson.
  • Citibank on facilities advanced to Center Parcs Ireland, secured primarily against the Irish real estate and operational assets of the Irish Center Parcs branch.
  • MML on the financing of its acquisition of the Innopharma Education and Technical Services group, a leading provider of higher education courses and recruitment services, primarily focussed on the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors based in Dublin.
  • Bank of Ireland in providing an investment facility to Round Hill Capital for the purpose of refinancing four existing term loan facilities secured on a portfolio of PBSA properties.
  • Global Student Accommodation, a leading provider of student hosing in Ireland, on the financing raised by it with Wells Fargo and secured against certain assets held in a Unit Trust structure.
  • Cardinal Capital in relation to its debt facility wih Press Up Hospitality Group in the context of the acquisition by Lifestyle Hospitality Capital (backed by Elliott Investment Management) of a majority stake in companies associated with The Dean Hotel, Dublin. 
  • Wells Fargo as lender on all Irish aspects of the $50 million credit facility made available to the Gambling.com group, a multi-award-winning performance marketing company and a leading provider of digital marketing services active in the online gambling industry.
  • Marlet Property Group in the financing of its development of 1,108 residential apartments in Howth and Grand Canal Harbour in Dublin with AIG and Activate Capital.
