  • Allied Irish Bank, p.l.c. in relation to a number of financings including a facility provided to a Realstar and Quad Real backed entity to enable it to complete the acquisition of a PRS scheme at Carriglea, Bluebell, Co Dublin.
  • Bank of Ireland in relation to a number of financings including an investment facility advanced to Round Hill Capital for the purpose of refinancing existing facilities secured on a portfolio of PBSA properties.
  • Citibank, N.A. London Branch in connection with facilities advanced to Center Parcs Ireland.
  • Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in relation to bridge financing provided to an Irish agri-food and nutrition business.
  • Blackstone in relation to a number of financings including its funding of the acquisition and development by Ares Capital Management of certain local authority PRS schemes in Dublin.
  • MEAG (the asset management arm of Munich Re) in connection with the provision of facilities being used for the purposes of investing in social housing in Ireland.
  • Dunport Capital Management in relation to a number of financings including the financing provided in connection with MML Ireland’s investment in Innopharma.
  • Bain Capital Credit, LP in relation to a number of financings including in connection with the provision of facilities to the Azora Group for the purposes of acquiring an Irish hostel.
