McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Kerry Co-Operative Creameries in connection with its acquisition of Kerry Dairy Ireland
We are pleased to have advised Kerry Co-Operative Creameries in connection with its agreement to acquire Kerry Dairy Ireland, the consumer foods products, dairy ingredients and related agribusiness products and services business, from Kerry Group PLC for a total expected consideration of €500 million.
Kerry Co-Op will initially acquire a 70% stake in Kerry Dairy Ireland, with an option to acquire the remaining 30% stake in forthcoming years. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and approval by the members of Kerry Co-Op and the shareholders of Kerry Group PLC.
