McCann FitzGerald LLP Advises ESB in Connection with Landmark Irish Offshore Wind Agreement
We are pleased to have advised ESB on its Irish Offshore Wind Agreement with Ørsted, the world leader in offshore wind development, to jointly develop an Irish offshore wind portfolio - of fixed and floating offshore wind in a landmark deal.
With the agreement, which marks the largest renewables partnership in Ireland to date, Ørsted becomes a 50/50 partner on a pipeline of offshore wind development projects which were until now held exclusively by ESB developed to date by ESB.
