McCann FitzGerald Advises the Housing Finance Agency on Lending to Clúid for Landmark Social Housing Project in Cork

As part of our ongoing role acting for the Housing Finance Agency, we acted on their funding of Cluid's landmark social housing project in Cork. Clúid, in conjunction with Cork City Council, has bought a 78-unit apartment complex from an investment company for €20 million. Clúid will use these units to provide long-term, quality housing for people on Cork City Council’s housing list.
