- ESB Commercial Properties Limited on the redevelopment of their HQ premises comprising an entire city block in Dublin city centre, one of the largest redevelopment projects in Ireland over the last 30 years. In particular, Emily advised ESB on the letting of Fitzwilliam 28 to Slack Technologies as well as the subsequent forward sale of Fitzwilliam 28 to Amundi Real Estate.
- Housing Finance Agency, the primary provider in Ireland of loan finance to local authorities and voluntary housing bodies for the purchase and development of social housing. Emily advises on all property aspects of the Housing Finance Agency’s lending programme.
- Urbeo Residential Limited, a €1 billion build-to-rent platform owned by Starwood Capital, the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund and others, on the purchase of a number of significant PRS schemes.
- Ballymore Developments on its development of one of the largest single mixed-use developments to be developed in Dublin at the iconic St James’s Gate with a reported value in excess of €1bn and which will entail the construction of up to 20 separate buildings comprising office, retail, residential and amenity.
- Statutory Receivers appointed by NAMA over assets of Harry Crosbie in relation to the sale by way of forward fund of the EXO Building being the tallest office block in Dublin, as well as the sales of the Gibson Hotel and the Bord Gais Energy Theatre.
- Davy in relation to on-going asset management matters for its DIPF fund comprising a diverse portfolio of properties including retail, offices and industrial.
- Exponent and its portfolio business, the Enva Group (a waste management business, previously DCC Environmental), on the property aspects of its acquisition of Rilta and ClearCircle, the Ireland and Northern Ireland hazardous waste management group.
- Davy and Jayfield Investments in the sale of their respective interests in the Treasury Building to Google.
- WeWork on all property aspects of its Irish portfolio.
