McCann FitzGerald acted for the lenders on the south site of the Spencer Dock Development
In what was a very complex development financing, McCann FitzGerald acted for and advised Bank of Ireland, Allied Irish Banks p.l.c. and Ulster Bank as lenders to a joint venture, between Colony Capital and the Ronan Group, to develop an office and a hotel development at Spencer Place in the North Docklands.
The facility was to fund a 204-bed hotel and 428,000 square feet of prime office space. In what was the single biggest lease deal in the history of the State, Salesforce leased all four interconnected office buildings as its new EMEA regional hub.
