Seán has advised a wide range of asset managers and leading Irish and international financial institutions in relation to collective investment schemes, with particular experience in acting for infrastructure, private equity and real estate funds. Seán works with a variety of both UCITS and alternative investment fund managers on all aspects of the fund cycle including structuring, establishment and capital raising, distribution and on-going regulatory compliance.
