Sarah has responsibility for the firm’s end-to-end talent solutions. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources management. Her expertise is in recruitment, performance & talent management, employee relations, HR processes and learning & development. Sarah sits on the Executive Committee and supports the firm’s responsible business strategy. She holds an honours BCom. from NUG and is a chartered member of CIPD.
