Philip has gained experience in a range of aspects of commercial real estate.  His experience includes advising on the property aspects of security reviews and restructuring, the sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties. Philip advises both vendor institutions and prospective purchasers on the Real Estate aspects of title reviews, property enforcement, renewables (both solar and wind) and commercial leasing (advising both landlords and tenants).
