Patrick is a Senior Associate within our Project Services Group. Patrick is a solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in managing and advising on large data heavy projects that require collation, analysis, review and production while also leveraging his legal technology expertise to improve efficiencies. He has extensive corporate, property, finance and litigation experience, advising clients on a multitude of projects such as loan and portfolio sales, vendor and purchaser due diligence exercises, contract reviews, investigations and other verifications exercises.
