Karen advises statutory bodies and local authorities in relation to the remit and exercise of their statutory powers, decision making and statutory processes and in the management of litigation risk, and where litigation does materialise, in devising litigation strategies designed to meet and achieve a client’s objectives.  Karen also advises on the regulatory framework for all types of infrastructural projects, from project inception right through to approval.
