Barry’s principal area of practice with McCann FitzGerald is administrative and public law disputes.  Barry advises on disputes involving public and regulatory bodies, statutory interpretation, judicial review, data transfer regulation and regulatory compliance, as well as the resolution of disputes through Commercial Court litigation and mediation. Barry has also worked on defamation proceedings and a number of cases arising from investigations into fraud, conspiracy and white-collar crime.
