Andrew is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management Group and is based in our Dublin office.  He advises various global fund promoters and asset managers, investment banks and wealth managers in connection with their Irish authorised fund activities. Andrew is experienced in guiding clients through the structuring, establishment and authorisation of UCITS and AIFs. In recent times, Andrew’s practice has had a particular focus on private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and infrastructure/real asset funds.
