McCann FitzGerald advise IAMSA Group on its acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in Mexican airline VivaAerobús

We have advised IAMSA Group, one of Mexico’s largest transportation companies, on its acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in the Mexican airline VivaAerobús from Irelandia Aviation to become the sole owner of the low cost carrier. VivaAerobús was established in 2006 as a joint venture between Irelandia Aviation and IAMSA Group.
