McCann FitzGerald LLP named Ireland Patent Disputes Firm of the Year
McCann FitzGerald was last night named Ireland Patent Disputes Firm of the Year at the prestigious Managing IP Awards EMEA 2025.

The honour cements the Firm's status as Ireland's premier disputes practice and recognises the specialist services that enabled it to find resolutions to numerous large, complex, and high-value disputes over the past year and across sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and energy.
Held in London and established in 2006, the annual programme is regarded as the most comprehensive and respected Intellectual Property (IP) law firm awards event in the legal industry. The awards recognise and celebrate significant achievements and advancements in several IP practice areas and span more than 50 jurisdictions.
