McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Willis Towers Watson and AMX on sale of AMX to Carne

We were delighted to act for Willis Towers Watson (“WTW”) and AMX in relation to the sale, by WTW, of AMX to Carne and WTW’s acquisition of a minority stake in Carne. Congratulations to everyone involved on a great deal.
