McCann FitzGerald LLP Advises Pollen Street Capital on Sale of Aryza
We have advised Pollen Street Capital, the independent alternative investment management company headquartered in London, on the sale of Arzya to Atlas Bidco Limited, a company owned by Macquarie Principal Finance, Aryza management and Pollen Street Capital.
Aryza (originally known as Vision Blue) is a global leading provider of case management and process automation software solutions for regulated industries, serving the insolvency, credit, and debt recovery sectors. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.
The McCann FitzGerald LLP team is led by Conor O’Dwyer and includes Stephen Fuller, Alan Fuller, Mary Brassil, Mark Ellis, Jerome Kennedy and Eva Giblin.
