McCann FitzGerald LLP advises on Four “Deals of the Year” at the Airfinance Journal Awards

McCann FitzGerald’s Global Aviation Finance practice has been recognised for its role in four “Deals of the Year” at the recent Airfinance Journal Awards.

The four award winning deals on which the firm advised are:

• M&A Deal of the Year: AerCap/GECAS $34 billion merger;
• Lessor Unsecured Bond Deal of the Year: AerCap/GECAS merger $21 billion unsecured notes;
• Tax Lease Deal of the Year: SAS Jolco for one A350-900 aircraft; and
• ABS Deal of the Year: SALT 2021-1 $893 million for 156 aircraft.
