McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Direct Selling Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: DSAQ) on its agreement to combine with Hunch Mobility

We are pleased to have partnered with Kirkland & Ellis in advising Direct Selling Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:DSAQ) on its entry into a definitive agreement to combine with urban air mobility company FlyBlade India, known as Hunch Mobility, at an enterprise value of $223 million. The transaction involves the interposition of an Irish public limited company as the holding company of the combined business and its admission to listing and trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
