McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Amplex AB in connection with its acquisition of J.B. Roche

We are pleased to have acted as Irish legal and tax counsel for Amplex AB in connection with its acquisition of J.B. Roche, an Irish based manufacturer and supplier of specialised inflatable shelters and maintenance hangars for use in the aviation industry.  Amplex AB is a privately owned multinational corporate group headquartered in Sweden, with a strategy of acquiring, owning and developing technology-based businesses across a number of sectors.
