McCann FitzGerald LLP advises AerCap on its inaugural $500 million Sukuk issuance
We are very pleased to have acted as Irish counsel to AerCap Holdings N.V. on its inaugural benchmark Sukuk issuance of $500 million.
The trust certificates in Sukuk format were issued by AerCap Sukuk Limited. McCann FitzGerald Listing Services arranged for the trust certificates to be listed on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
