The curriculum has been developed to provide relevant and practical grounding in key practice areas relevant to today’s requirements for corporate solicitors. The Law Society of Ireland has approved and will oversee programme delivery in conjunction with McCann FitzGerald LLP.

Commenting on the MF Advance programme, Stephen Holst, Managing Partner, McCann FitzGerald LLP, said: "What sets McCann FitzGerald apart is the quality of our people, and the introduction of MF Advance is a significant development in how we provide exceptional development opportunities for our trainee solicitors. This programme will focus on areas where we see growth and need for highly developed expertise and advice for Irish businesses, and offers the opportunity for participants to gain practical skills and knowledge crucial for their professional growth."

Emma Crowley, Head of Legal Professional Training at McCann FitzGerald LLP, added: "MF Advance presents new learning opportunities within the firm for our trainees to complete their Law Society training requirements, offering highly focused and relevant electives for professional development. Each elective is carefully crafted to align with the demands of the modern legal marketplace and offers a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. We look forward to rolling the programme out over the course of May and continuing to develop new ways to support learning and knowledge-sharing within our firm".
