McCann FitzGerald advises Joint Bookrunners on IPO of Applegreen plc

We advised Goodbody Stockbrokers and Shore Capital in their role as Joint Bookrunners, Joint Brokers and ESM/ Nominated Advisers on the IPO and admission to trading of the shares of Applegreen plc on the Enterprise Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange plc and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc. The IPO raised gross proceeds of approximately €70 million for the Company.
