McCann FitzGerald advises Joint Bookrunners on Applegreen’s Share Placing and Acquisition of Welcome Break

We advised Goodbody Stockbrokers and Shore Capital in their role as Joint Bookrunners, Joint Brokers and ESM/ Nominated Advisers on Applegreeen plc’s €175 million placing (before expenses) of 28,782,895 new ordinary shares to fund partially Applegreen’s acquisition of a 50.01% stake in the Welcome Break Group.
