McCann FitzGerald advises Inflection Biosciences in relation to a debt and equity fundraising

We acted for Inflection Biosciences Limited in relation to a fundraising comprising of both debt and equity investments. Inflection Biosciences is a drug development company with a focus on discovering and developing innovative small molecule therapeutics addressing major unmet needs in cancer. It also won the Start-Up of the Year at the Pharma Industry Awards 2014. The funding round was made up of existing shareholders and a new investor.
