McCann FitzGerald advises BBAM Aviation Services in connection with the Horizon III Asset Backed Securitisation involving 18 Aircraft.

Following on from the Horizon I and II ABS deals which closed in Q4 2018 and Q2 2019 respectively, we also advised BBAM Aviation Services on the Horizon III ABS involving 18 BBAM managed aircraft. The US$440 million Horizon Aircraft Finance III ABS is backed by a portfolio of 18 narrow-body aircraft with an initial assessed value of approximately US$511 million.

The proceeds from the notes sale will be used to acquire the aircraft, on lease to 15 airlines in 12 countries.
