McCann FitzGerald LLP advises ATA on of its cross-border sale to Harvey Performance Company
We are very pleased to have advised ATA and its shareholders on the sale of its Irish and international operations to Harvey Performance Company.
ATA is a global precision engineering business headquartered in Co. Cavan, with operating locations in multiple jurisdictions (including the UK, US, Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands).
We would like to extend our congratulations to Peter Cosgrove, John Gibbons, Shane Lawlor and other members of the ATA management team who will continue to drive business for Harvey outside of the US. It was a pleasure working with ATA and the Houlihan Lokey team on this transaction.
