2022: Minding Yourself and Your Team

Evidence to date shows that the combined effect of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions is that approximately one person in every five in the general population in Ireland (and elsewhere) has significantly increased psychological distress (e.g. anxiety, depression). 

As we start a new year, we thought we would take some time to understand the impact that changes in our working behaviours have had on team dynamics and how you, as either a team member or manager, can respond.

We were joined for this session by workplace mental health expert, John Binns MBE, who presented on a range of practical suggestions aimed at those people looking to keep themselves mentally fit and to support those they lead.
