- Transport Infrastructure Ireland on their significant outsource “Tolling as a Service” agreements for open road tolling on the M50
- Coillte, Investec, Danske Bank, and Pfizer on outsourcing and IT managed services agreements
- Alkermes Pharma on their API and Supply Agreements and other terms and conditions
- Ervia on IT and outsourcing agreements, including a contract for the procurement of an insurance management system, pre-payment metering, mobile survey apps and data centre hosting agreements. We also advised on the naming rights deal for the Grand Canal Theatre, known since March 2012 as The Bord Gáis Energy Theatre
- ESB on its innovative fibre to the building (FTTB) broadband joint venture with Vodafone Ireland
