The Role

McCann FitzGerald LLP is one of Ireland’s premier law firms employing approximately 600 people. We provide the highest quality legal advice and representation to Irish and overseas clients. Our clients are principally in the corporate, financial and business sectors and we also advise government entities and many state bodies, pension funds, and educational institutions.

We currently seek to recruit a Receptionist to join our reception team. This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, afternoon to evening. This role will report to the Front of House Manager

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good telephone skills and manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner with all levels of the business
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional and polished
  • Customer focused
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to team efforts but can also work alongside others
  • Conscientious
  • Works well under pressure
  • Previous experience within a professional services firm or similar would be advantageous

Education

The successful candidate will:

  • Leaving Certificate
  • Receptionist/Secretarial Course or similar
